    *A Presenter is deemed the nominated person (individual) who will present an oral platform paper or poster at the Conference. Joint presentations will not be considered at the Conference. All other listed authors should register at the non-presenter rate. 

    **Group registrations apply when five or more delegates from the same organisation register at the same time.  
    ***Student registration fees apply to full-time students producing a letter confirming their enrolment status.

    PresenterNon-presenterGroup and Student registration fees include attendance at all Conference sessions from Sunday 8 September to Wednesday 11 September 2019 (excludes workshops); morning and afternoon teas; light lunches; electronic access to the Conference Proceedings; a conference folio/satchel; and attendance at the Welcome Reception (Sunday 8 September 2019).

    Attendance at the Workshops (Sunday 8 September 2019), Conference Dinner (Tuesday 10 September 2019) and Field Trips (Thursday 12 September 2019) will incur additional charges.

    Day registration fees include attendance at sessions on Monday 9 September or Tuesday 10 September or Wednesday 11 September 2019; morning and afternoon tea; light lunch; electronic copy of the Conference Proceedings; and a conference folio/satchel. Attendance at the Workshops (Sunday 8 September 2019), Conference Dinner (Tuesday 10 September 2019) and Field Trips (Thursday 12 September 2019) will incur additional charges.




    All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations of registration received on or before 1 September 2019 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.


    Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event that the Conference is cancelled, is the responsibility of the individual. It is recommended that the policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of participation in the Conference, or through the cancellation of the Conference itself; loss of airfares for any reason; medical expenses; loss or damage to personal property; and additional expenses and repatriation, should travel arrangements need to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.


    Funding for the globalCARE Alliance

    5% of the CleanUp 2019 registration fee will be used to help fund capacity building in less-developed countries via the globalCARE Alliance initiative. For more information on globalCARE, download the prospectus.


    Photos and video

    Please note that CleanUp 2019 will be photographed and videoed and some of the resulting images will be posted online at the conclusion of the event. Photos and video will be taken at certain sessions and social events and may be used for future promotional activities, including social media, print and online materials. If you have any concerns regarding the conference photography and/or videography, please speak to a CRC CARE representative onsite at the event.
